We are the only organization in the US focused on promoting the views and interests of the nation’s estimated 76 million organic and socially responsible consumers.”

“The OCA represents over one million members, subscribers and volunteers, including several thousand businesses in the natural foods and organic marketplace. The Organic Consumers Association has been a great facilitator and parent organization for GMO Free Idaho. Both Jenny and Leslie, the founders of GMO Free Idaho, turned to OCA for more information when they first learned about GMOs. In fact, OCA helped to get Jenny and Leslie in touch so they could create their own action group.

OCA has given GMO Free Idaho many free materials and always provides the newest information about GMOs and Monsanto, the leading biotech business in the world. OCA created a program called Millions Against Monsanto, which is geared to raising awareness about Monsanto and their unethical practices. Without organizations like the Organic Consumers Association, there would be little awareness about this controversial issue of GMOs. GMO Free Idaho has built a lasting relationship with the OCA and we urge consumers to check out their websites for more information and we highly recommend signing up for their email newsletters at:
